Local Area Procedures also know as LAPs are procedures which are implemented by the Airport Authority.
These procedures apply to all users of the airport when both landside and airside.
It is a requirement to adhere to these procedures at all times.

Shellharbour Airport considers the safety of staff, contractors, tenants an any other personnel affected by work activities on the airport to be of paramount importance and to achieve this, has implemented a mandatory requirement for minimum personal protective equipment (PPE) when working airside including on aprons, taxiways, runways and aircraft parking areas.
